2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Butter/Oleo
1 cup crushed Pecans
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and pecans. Stir in vanilla; work into batter. Roll in balls or patties. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
