Mix and set aside:
3-1/3 c flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Separate 2 eggs- refrigerate the whites.

In large bowl, beat until creamy:
1-1/2 c sugar
1 c butter
2 t. vanilla

Beat in the following:
2 eggs and the egg yolks

Ungreased Cookie Sheet.

Gradually, add flour mixture- Mix well. Divide dough into 4 equal parts- refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll each into a rectangle. Cut 30 strips from each (6 inch)

Brush cookies with egg white- sprinkle with sugar. Bake 350º- 11 min.
