Preheat Oven to 325º

Combine: 2 c flour, 1 c toasted pecans, chopped finely, 1/2 c powdered sugar, Pinch of salt.

Stir in 1 t vanilla and hen pastry blend, 1 c softened butter (fine crumbs). Gently knead until it holds together roll dough into 3/4" ball 1-1/2 apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 25 min. or until lightly browned.

Cool 5 min on wire racks, then roll in powdered sugar and cool completely. Roll in additional sugar before serving.
