12 slices cooked Bacon or 1 Ib. cooked and drained Sausage
2 cups Milk
1 cup shredded Cheese
1/3 cup chopped Onion (1 Tbsp. Dried Onion)
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
A little diced green chili (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put cooked meat (bacon or sausage) on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.

In blender, put milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper. Blend for 1 minute on high. Add cheese and onion and blend on low, then pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or till knife comes out clean when put in center of pie. Serve warm.
