1 cup diced Chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup lowfat Milk
1 pkg. grated Cheddar Cheese (or 4 cups)
1 pkg. Corn Tortillas
1 cup chopped Onions
Nonstick Cooking Spray
2 cups Diced Green Chili (mild to hot, according to preference)

You will need a 12X8 inch baking pan. Set oven to 350 degrees.

Combine soups and milk in large bowl with diced chicken and chili.

Spray nonstick on sides and bottom of baking dish. Alternate layers of tortillas, grated cheese, and onions (lightly sprinkled), then spread thin layer of soup mixture over each layer. Be sure to reserve enough liquid to cover top layer entirely. Sprinkle with small amount of cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
