1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Place on Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes. Let cool on pan for 3 minutes before moving to wire rack to completely cool.
