1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla; cool.
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Slowly combine the mixtures, beating until thoroughly combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Serves well with pretzels or plain cookies like vanilla wafers.
