1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp. baking flour

1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into balls and place them in prepared baking sheet.

Use a fork to flatten each ball and create a crisscross pattern on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring
them to a wire rack to cool completely.
