1 2/3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar (granulated)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
12 oz white vanilla chips
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
mix sugar, egg, buttes, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with an electric mixer until well combined.

stir in flour, vanilla chips, coconut, and macadamia nuts with a wooden until combined (i use a mixer on low speed)

Roll into balls and place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheets

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
