2 - 1lb cans red water packed pie cherries (substitute can be 1 can of pie cherries & 1 package of frozen dark bing cherries)

1 - 13 oz can of pineapple tidbits
3/4 cup of confectioners (powdered) sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups sour cream
1 can of mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup shredded coconut
mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherries & pineapple thoroughly.
Combine with all other ingredients (except marshmallows).
Store in the refrigerator overnight.

Before serving, stir in the mini marshmallows.
