2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Vanilla
1½ cups Cooking Oil
3 cups All-Purpose Flour
4 cups chopped Raw Apples (Granny Smith)
1 cup Pecans, chopped

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
¼ cup (1/2 stick) Butter or Margarine (softened)
1¾ cups Confectioners Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, and baking powder together, add to egg mixture until totally mixed. Fold in chopped pecans and then fold in chopped apples. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 300º for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

FROSTING:
Mix together cream cheese and butter. Mix in salt and vanilla. Then mix in confectioners sugar. Fold in chopped pecans and ice cake.
