3 - 4 pounds of ground beef
4 eggs
3/4 - 1 cup Ritz or Saltine Crackers
3/4 - 1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup dried minced onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Make meatloaf mix by combining the ground beef, eggs, crackers, ketchup, dried onions, salt, pepper, seasoned salt and garlic salt. Place meatloaf into 1 large or 2 small loaves sprayed with Pam Cooking spray.

Bake meatloaf for 1 hour at 350 degrees. While meatloaf is baking, mix the sauce ingredients - ketchup, brown sugar and dried mustard. Remove the baked meatloaf from oven after 1 hour, put on sauce and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
