1 lb. of 90% lean ground beef

1 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

3 cups tomato juice

1-14 1/2 ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained

1 (8oz) can no-salt-added tomato sauce

1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

1/2 tsp each of salt, garlic powder, and ground mustard

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp of ground allspice

1/8 tsp. of ground mace, optional

6 oz. of uncooked spaghetti, broken into pieces

Fresh mozzarella cheese pearls or shaved Parmesan cheese, optional

One small can of Chopped Green Chilies - optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, cook beef and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain and add tomato juice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, minced onion, and seasonings.

Bring to a boil and stir in the spaghetti. Cover & simmer for 12 - 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. IF desired, add cheese and green chilies to taste. Serve.
