4 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Flour
2 tsps Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup 2% Milk
1/4 cup Butter (cubed)
2 cups Sugar

TOPPING
1 and 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Butter melted
1/2 cup Half & Half Cream
2 cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut

Directions:

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla until thick and pale yellow or for about 4 min.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture and beat until just combined.

In a sauce pan bring milk and butter to a boil stirring constantly. Add to batter until combined. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Topping
Combine Topping ingredients and spread over warm cake. Broil 4 inches from heat until lightly brown. (Approximately 3 to 4 minutes)
