5 lbs. boiled potatoes, cooled
12 hardboiled large eggs, cooled
4-6 green onions, chopped
1 small onion, diced
3 c. Grandma Jean's dressing (see recipe)
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the potatoes and eggs and put in a large bowl, add the diced green and regular onions and mix together. Add dressing, mayo and salt and pepper to taste, making sure it is well mixed. Best if made the day before and refrigerated.

Note - adjust to taste, such as adding chopped celery, thinly sliced radishes etc.

Grandma's boiled mustard dressing makes this the absolute best and a must at any summer family get-together!
