1 lb Ground beef
1 T Flour
2T Chili powder (or to taste)
Salt
Sugar (original recipe i never used)
1lb canned tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, rinsed


My additions:
Fresh garlic, minced or garlic powder
A little cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef
Combine flour, chili powder, salt and sugar *if using*
Stir into meat
Add canned tomatoes with juice
Add beans

Bring to boil… simmer 10 minutes

Adjust seasoning as needed
