2 cups + 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 sticks of butter, softened
6 oz. pkg. regular cream cheese, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix butter and cream cheese until smooth, add eggs and vanilla mix again.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined, stir in coconut.
4. Chill dough overnight.
5. Drop by teaspoonful onto lined cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cook for 5 minutes.
