4 cups water
2 cups rice (go by box directions depending on type of rice)
½ tsp butter
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup milk
3 tbsp brown sugar (add more as desired)
1 tsp corn starch
½ tsp vanilla or almond extract
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1.Bring water to boil in pan. Add rice, butter, and salt. Set aside until water absorbs and rice is cooked.
2.Stir sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, extract to rice. Bring to simmer while stirring. Continue stirring until rice has consistency of oatmeal (~5 minutes)
