1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. milk
36 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare miniature muffin tins by coating them with cooking spray, set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until blended, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars and peanut butter. Beat for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, egg, and milk, beat until combined. Stir in dry ingredients and mix by hand until just combined. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place in muffin tin. Cook 7-8 minutes, they will be puffy and lighter in color but do not bake until browned on all sides. Take out of oven and gently press a Reese peanut butter cup into center of each one.
