Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
8 T. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. espresso powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1 /2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease a metal 8" round cake pan, cut a piece a parchment to fit, and lay in bottom. Set aside. Put 1 cup chocolate chips and butter in microwave safe bowl and heat until the butter is melted, and chocolate chips are soft. Stir until the chips melt, reheating briefly if necessary. Place this mixture into mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, espresso powder and vanilla. Espresso simply enhances the chocolates flavor so 2 tsp. espresso will lend a hint of mocha flavor to the cake. Add eggs, beating until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix just to combine. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Loosen the sides with a table knife and turn it out onto a serving plate. Put 1 cup chocolate chips in bowl, set aside. Heat the cream until it's not quite a simmer. Pour the cream over the chocolate chips, stir to combine and let rest 5 minutes. Spoon the glaze over the cake, spreading it to drip over the sides a bit. Allow to set before serving.
