1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. cream of tartar
1/8 t. salt
1/3 c. water
2 egg whites
1 1/2 vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, cream of tartar, salt, water and egg whites in the top of a double boiler. Mix with eletric mixer for one minute. Place pan over boiling water, being sure that boiling water does not touch bottom of the top pan. Beat on high speed for seven minutes. Beat in vanilla.
