1 c. (226g) unsalted butter, softened
1c. (200g) granulated sugar
1c. (200g) brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 t. vanilla extract
2 c. (250g) AP flour
1⅓ c. (110g) cocoa powder
2 t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
2T. (30ml) milk
2½ c.(450g) white chocolate or chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. In a large stand mixer, with paddle attachment, beat the butter, and sugars together on medium/high speed until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat on high until combined.
4. Scrape down the bowl.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt .
6. With the mixer on low, add the dry ingredients to the wet. Beat until combined
7. Add the milk and mix to combine
8. Add the chocolate chips
9. Scoop the dough into balls using the black scoop.
10. Bake the cookies for 11-12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers look soft.
11. Cool cookies not he baking sheet for 5 minutes
12. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
