3 chicken or pork bouillon cubes
2 cups water (boiled)
1 cup rice
4-5 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops on stovetop over medium-high heat
2. Place uncooked rice in casserole dish and pour hot water mixture (water/bouillon cubes) over rice
3. Place pork chops on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Grandma Fran would make this for family get togethers. The Schilmoeller's love to reminisce on this savory dish.

Diane would sometimes use chicken instead of pork. Both options are delicious options.
