8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup whey protein

1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp lemon juice

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

Keto sweetner of choice to taste (recommend 3 Tbsp allulose)
For Carnivore try glycine

1 pack keto chow of choice (or 1/4 cup protein powder of choice)

Add additional flavorings as you wish

Preheat oven to 350F.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
1. Set in fridge for 5-10 minutes to thicken up.
2. Scoop into 12 dollops on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until just beginning to brown slightly.
4. Remove from oven, cool and enjoy.
5. Store leftovers in a ziploc bag on the counter for 2-3 days or in the fridge for up to a
week.
