3 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder. Gently fold in flour and water, alternating, to egg mixture. Bake in 9 x 12 pan for 30 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into 3" squares.

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Crushed peanuts

Beat ingredients together until smooth. Frost all sides of cake squares and roll in crushed peanuts. Store in airtight container.
