1 c. brown sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 1 c. peanut butter 6 c. Special K cereal 1 bag (12-oz) butterscotch chips 1/2 bag (6-oz) chocolate chips
Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter; stir well. Pour over Special K cereal. Mix and pat into buttered 9x13" pan. For the frosting, melt butterscotch and chocolate chips and spread over bars.
