3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
dash pepper
1 c bisquick
1/2 c parmesan cheese
2T fresh parsley (can use dried)
1 clove garlic minced or grated
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c olive oil (or avocado)

Grease 9x13 pan
Mix all ingredients together
spread into prepared pan
bake @ 350º 25 mins, or until browned

Cool completely
cut into squares

drain and pat zucchini dry before using
