1 cup butter 1 3/4 cup flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (your choice) Confectioners sugar to coat
Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy Blend in vanilla and add flour and nuts, mix well and make one big ball. Chill in fridge for 1 hour, shape into 1 inch balls and bake for 15-20 minutes. While still warm, roll balls in powdered sugar and gently shake until cookies are covered in confectioners sugar. Cool on baking rack and store in tupperware or tin boxes with parchment paper. Enjoy!
