10 lbs ground meat - beef and/or pork
1 pt cold milk
3 eggs
2 c powdered milk
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp mace
1 tsp ginger
2-3 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl or plastic tub. Mix well until spices are evenly distributed. Meat can be stuffed into casings or formed into bricks or haystacks. Wrap in freezer paper or freezer bags. Freeze completely. Haystacks then may be sliced and grilled. Brat meat may also be thawed, crumbled and browned for use in recipes and hotdishes.
