2-3 lbs fully cooked meatballs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2-3 carrots, chopped
2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can pineapple tidbits in juice
1 pkg sweet and sour sauce mix +
2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 c water
3/4 c water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp spicy stir-fry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large fry pan. Saute carrots until tender-crisp, then add onion, mushrooms and peppers and saute 1 minute. Add pineapple with juice, and meatballs. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and stir-fry sauce. Dissolve stir-fry mix into water. Dissolve cornstarch into water, and add both to pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until hot, serve over rice or noodles.
