1 medium sized clove garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
1 tbsp whole coriander seed
1 tbsp whole cumin seed
1 lb pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, finely chop garlic and ginger. Add seeds and coarsely grind. Wash and pat dry the pork and trim excess fat. Roll in seasoning mixture and broil 6 inches from heat source, turning to brown each side 8 minutes.
