Extra virgin olive oil
Pizza dough (we buy from the pizza shop)
Flour
San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes
Oregano
Sea salt
Fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Apply light coat of extra virgin olive oil to a cast iron or stone pan
2. Lightly dust room temperature pizza dough with flour
3. Place dough in pan and flip to coat in olive oil
4. Spread dough with fingers to desired thickness
5. Place preferred amount of peeled tomatoes around dough
6. Add preferred amount of salt, basil, and oregano to dough
7. Heat oven to 425 and place pan inside for approximately 25 minutes or until bottom of dough is brown and crisp
8. Mangia!
