1 - 16-oz. can tomatoes
1 - 16-oz. cream-style corn
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
2 onions, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 pt. pitted olives
2 Tbsp. hot chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes, corn and cornmeal on top of the stove for 45 minutes. In the meantime, slightly brown onion and meat, stirring. Drain off excess fat. Combine with tomato mixture. Add olives and chili pepper. Pour into 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Heat through before serving. Freezes well. Reheat in a 350º oven for 20 minutes.
