1 lb burns pastry lard cut into
5 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients
Put 1 egg into a 1 cup measuring cup. add 1 tbsp vinegar. fill remaining with lukewarm water up to the 1 cup mark.
add to flour mixture and mix well. form into 6 even balls and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
If using, roll out on lightly floured surface into a circle that 1" larger than your pie pan.
fill as needed and bake.
