Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3/4 cups of butter
3/4 cups of brown sugar
3/4 cups of flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of oatmeal (large flake)

your choice:
raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, sunflower seeds, dates, etc.

Directions:

cream butter and sugar
add egg
add dry ingredients
add your choice of extras
tablespoon of dough, flatten (with little flour)
bake @ 350F for approx. 10 mins
