Cut rhubarb in pieces. Put boiling water on rhubarb. Drain off water and put in unbaked pie shell. On top of rhubarb put 3 egg yolks, 1 cup sugar and about 2 Tbsp flour. Bake in oven. When baked add beaten egg whites.
