Beat white of 1 egg stiff
Add 1 c light brown sugar
Add 1 cup chopped nuts

Invert cookie sheet and butter
drop batter from teaspoon
Bake 10 minutes (approx) 300 - 325 degrees

Remove from cookie sheet immediately to wax paper
Approx 2 1/2 dozen
