4 or 5 medium baked potatoes
2 tbsp melted butter
Salt
1/3 c cream
1 large egg
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and cream in saucepan until hot. Scoop out baked potatoes and beat in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer. Add heated butter and cream. Add salt if desired. Beat egg and add to potato mixture. Beat mixture until mixed. Fill potato shells and sprinkle with cheese before baking. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
