1/2 lb Butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 strawberry jam (or raspberry) or more

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at 325 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square cake pan. In a mixing bowl, crean the butter until soft. Gradually add sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks and blend well. Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly. Fold in chopped nuts. Spoon half the batter into cake pan nd spread evenly. Top with filling. Cover with remaining cookie dough. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool. Cut into 1x2 inch pieces.
