Ingredients:  
2 1/2 lbs brown sugar
6 eggs
1 lb butter, softened
1 lb chopped Almonds
2 tsp baking soda
3 lbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into a log. Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut the log into slices and bake at 350º until done. Makes 300 cookies.
