Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie chicken
Carrots
Onions
Celery
Chicken Broth (I make it with Knorr's Chicken Bouillon Powder. *Sams*) Make a good
strong chicken broth!
Noodles: I use Bechtle Traditional German Egg Noodles. I think Food Giant carries
these. *You don't want too heavy of a noodle.*
1-2 tsp. curry powder (this spice enhances chicken flavor)
Rosemary and Thyme, Salt and Pepper

Spices I use in almost every soup: Rosemary, Thyme, curry, Bay leaf....

Directions:
Directions:
Chop your veggies and simmer them in the broth until tender. Add a handful of noodles at a time (they will swell and suck up some of the broth) I happen to like a brothy soup I can put crackers in, but most men like a thick soup. You can also add a little bit of cream to this to make a creamy soup; but temper it before you add it. The cream does add calories and fat....:-/

Personal Notes:
I try to fix this whenever the kids are sick. Jozie usually asks me to make it for her.:-)
