2 lb sliced champinion mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
2 cups sour cream, light is OK
1 yolk
1/2 bunch flat parsley, chopped
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine with the onions and fry until golden brown. Add sliced mushrooms. Stir and let cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper and chopped parsley. Do not add water. Cook for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix one yolk with the sour cream. Add the mushroom sauce slowly to the sour cream and mix until creamy and homogeneous. Serve warm.
