1 large can pumpkin (1lb 13oz)
1 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp cloves
1 cup heavy cream
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients, mix well. Combine evaporated milk and cream; heat to scalding point; add; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. bake at 350 degree 1 1/2 hours for deep 10” pie, about 1 hour for 9” pie. Pie is done when knife inserted neat tim comes out clean.
