1 1/4 cups margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp corn starch
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, Beat well.
2. Combine flour, cocoa, caking soda, salt, and cornstarch. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop by tsps onto greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft and puff up while baking, then flatten out when cooked.
