2 and a 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup salted butter(softened)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla
Add flour mixture and blend only to combine.
DO NOT OVERMIX
Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Shape dough into 1" balls and roll into a cinnamon mixture:
3 TBSP sugar,1 TBSP cinnamon.
DO NOT FLATTEN BALLS.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2" part.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool.
Freezes well.
