2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda and salt.

Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each cookie with your fingers or back of spoon.

Bake for 10-12 mins or until edges are golden.
