1 lb ground beef
1/3 onion
ketchup- enough to coat the beef after browning
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
"shake shake" Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add your ground beef and onion to sauce pan, cook through.
Stir in brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, cook until brown sugar dissolved. Add more or less of each based on sweetness or tang desired.
Coat with ketchup and warm until thickened.
