2 - 16-oz. Bags Frozen Corn
12-oz. heavy cream
1-1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1 stick butter
Corn starch to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pot, bring corn and cream to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in salt and sugar. When hot, mix cornstarch with a little cold water to make a paste, and stir into cream corn till thickened. Should be consistency of a sausage gravy.
