Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Prairie Manor Care Facility (Nursing Home) was built in 1967 virtually in our backyard in Blooming Prairie.

Grandma Dorothy Benson, Grandma Lou Noble, Grandma Marie Morrison (Aunt Margaret's mother) and others were some of the first cooks and take full credit for the outstanding food still being served here. :-)

One wintry Thanksgiving, Grandma Dorothy needed to be driven to and/or picked up from work by way of snowmobile! Prairie Manor was Grandma Dorothy's final home. She loved living there, bringing only her blue cloth recliner from home.

Ironically, here we are today and as of December 2024, Prairie Manor has now become Mom's (Kay Noble) final home too. She's been happy, content, loves the people and food. The staff loves Mom in return, especially her wonderful sense of humor, and kindness. Many others throughout our family (Grandpa Albert, Great Aunt Lou, Uncle Billy, good friend Jesse Hernandez, ....) also graced the halls of this wonderful and caring facility. We are so grateful for the decades' relationship with this fine facility and the amazing, caring staff throughout. It feels like "home".
