2-9x13 inch pans of cornbread
1 cup celery, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, crumbled
5 cans chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste or 1 tbsp each

1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned

Directions:
Directions:
Use white self-rising cornmeal to make cornbread. Crumble cornbread in a large bowl. Cook onion, celery, and butter in microwave until tender, about 10 minutes. Add to cornbread. Add sage, boiled, and raw eggs, and the chicken. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in the chicken broth until you get the thickness you need. Not to dry, as it will thicken more as it is baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour or until lightly browned
